The Position: We are looking for an Regional Director of Field Operations to join our team!

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ management experience preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of multi-location required

Key Repsonbilties:

  • Maintains company processes and staffing structure
  • Sets goals and pace for the region
  • Maintains strong relationships with the sales team
  • Leads, engages, and develops employees
  • Acts as a liaison between corporate office and branch offices
  • Hires, trains and mentors current management staff
  • Acts as a resource for service and operations questions
  • Ensures company objectives and metrics are met
