• Keep housing programs across multiple locations running smoothly, effectively, and always with Veterans and families at the center.• Turn data, feedback, and fresh thinking into smarter services and stronger outcomes.• Build a team of people who want to be part of—recruiting, coaching, developing, and celebrating talented leaders.• Steward annual budgets of more than $1 million with care, clarity, and accountability.• Team up with senior leaders and grant-development partners to protect great programs and open doors to new opportunities.• Keep grants, reports, and commitments on track—accurate, timely, compliant, and ready to exceed expectations.• Create meaningful partnerships with funders, federal agencies, service providers, community organizations, clients, and families.• Stay curious and connected to emerging practices in Veteran health, housing stability, homelessness, employment support, and social services.
