REGIONAL DIRECTOR (Operations & Growth)
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Director with aproven executive track record to lead, scale, and transform our regionaloperations across South East Asia.
In this role, you will hold P&L responsibility, drivecross-border recruitment and placement pipelines (focusing on Indonesia and key SEA corridors), and ensure strict adherence to international labor complianceand local regulatory frameworks. You will lead cross-functional teams acrosscountry offices, drive strategic business development, and elevate operationalservice delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Regional P&L Management
• Overseefull P&L and operational strategy across primary overseas sourcing anddomestic placement corridors (Singapore, Indonesia, and greater SEA).
• Formulateand execute aggressive market expansion strategies to optimize placementvolume, retention rates, and enterprise service packages.
• Leadexecutive-level business development, building long-term partnerships withoverseas training centers, and corporate clients.
2. Cross-Border Operations & Overseas Recruitment
• Directcross-border recruitment channels, ensuring seamless end-to-end management ofsupply chains from overseas training facilities in Indonesia to local deployment in Singapore.
• Managehigh-touch operations including candidate sourcing, training standardsverification, documentation processing, and post-placement welfare checks.
• Streamlinelogistics, visa processing, and regulatory clearance procedures acrossjurisdictions.
3. Governance, Risk & Regulatory Compliance
• Serve asthe principal liaison for local regulatory authorities and foreign diplomaticmissions if required.
• Maintainstrict adherence to foreign manpower employment acts, accredited trainingprotocols, and international ethical recruitment standards.
• Implementrobust internal auditing mechanisms to mitigate operational, legal, andreputational risks across all operating units.
4. High-Performance Team Leadership & StakeholderManagement
• Mentor andmanage cross-cultural operational teams, KPIs, commission structures, andservice quality standards.
• Drivecustomer experience initiatives, resolving complex high-level escalation caseswith empathy and professional tact.
• Directoperational workflows and documentation across regional teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Professional Experience
• 5+ yearsof progressive management experience within foreign manpower placement,regional recruitment agencies, executive search, or international staffingservices.
• Deepexpertise in overseas sourcing corridors, specifically Indonesia, withestablished relationships among certified training hubs and diplomaticregulatory bodies.
• Strongleadership footprint managing multi-location, cross-cultural operational and sales teams.
Language & Professional Credentials
• Professionalfluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
