Regional Facilities Manager

OneSchool Global New Zealand is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management, maintenance programmes, asset lifecycle planning, contractor performance, and operational property services across our network of campuses in NZ and Argentina. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that will ensure our campuses remain safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit for purpose.
Working closely with Campus Principals, Regional leadership, and our Global Facilities team, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our education environments while driving operational efficiency and asset performance across the region.
Reporting to the Global Director of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for:
Leading facilities operations across multiple campuses throughout New Zealand and Argentina.
Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
Managing contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintaining compliance with building, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
Supporting asset lifecycle planning and long-term property investment decisions.
Managing facilities budgets, maintenance expenditure, and operational reporting.
Driving sustainability, energy efficiency, and asset performance initiatives.
Partnering with campus leaders to support safe, effective, and well-maintained learning environments.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Significant experience in facilities management, property operations, asset management, or a related field.
Technical experience in facilities management, building services, engineering, construction, property, or asset management environments.
Experience managing facilities across multiple sites or geographically dispersed locations.
Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of maintenance planning, compliance requirements, and operational risk management.
Experience managing budgets and service contracts.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
