Regional Field Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support end-users of machinery and equipment used in the Industrial business segments
- Execute Level 2 Technical Support for APAC Industrial dealers, and direct support in selected markets.
- Collect, communicate and facilitate solutions for field quality issues
- Execute commissioning and handover of new equipment/projects for selected markets
- Conduct product training (operation, maintenance, etc.) when required
- Deploy and share best service practices in region
- Ensure the right parts are stocked to support machine operation in region
- Provide warranty support for customers and dealers
- Support local (SG) tech support operations on non-travel days
Requirements:
- Diploma/NTC Cert
- Able to travel > 30%, mostly within SEA
- 3 years’ experience in supporting heavy equipment
- Proficient in Electronics & Hydraulics, able to interpret circuits
- Proficient in PPT, WORD, EXCEL
- Experience in maintaining large fleet of equipment a plus
- SAP experience is a plus
