Regional Finance & Administration Manager

Job Description

  • Managing full set of accounts and handling budget planning process for APAC and country level
  • Providing financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
  • Preparing cash flow management processes for APAC and country level
  • Reviewing expenditure payment and closely monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
  • Financial and operational reviews of APAC entities and issues
  • Liaise with landlords, partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
  • Manage the company accommodation.
  • Manage general office administration.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts at APAC and country level
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly reports for HQ Office.
  • Support global and regional HR projects.
  • Plan and manage shared services for new projects at country level.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, HR budgeting and other HR related matters.
  • Responsible for the onboarding till exit of any expat staffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in construction industry with A1-equivalent main contractor EPC with proven track record of mega civil infrastructure/building/plant projects across APAC
  • At least 10 years at managerial level leading a team
  • SAP software experience will be an added advantage.
  • Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to be work from construction worksite offices across APAC region.
  • Able to handle multiple construction projects simultaneously across APAC region.
  • 6.0 days work-week and must be committed to work overtime when needs arise.
