What You Will Achieve

  • Drive Business Performance

Partner closely with Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency, not just reporting numbers change, also challenge assumptions, identify root causes and drive fact-based business decisions.

  • Financial Planning & Business Insights

Prepare Annual Budget/Quarterly Rolling Forecast/ Monthly Business Reviews/Financial modeling/Scenario planning/Profitability analysis etc…, able to translate financial results into actionable business recommendations for both local leadership and HQ.

  • Business Partner Across Multi-Functions

Become the trusted advisor to leaders across Retail Operations/Business development/Construction/Key Accounts/Merchandising/Supply Chain. At the same time, work closely with HQ shared service teams including Accounting/Accounts Payable/Tax/Legal/IT and Internal Audit. You won't own transactional accounting—but you'll ensure business decisions are accurately reflected and operational issues are resolved across functions.

  • Own New Store Investment Decisions (CAPEX)

Partner with Retail Leadership, Business Development and Construction teams to evaluate every new store investment. Drive commercial decision making through New store P&L modeling / CAPEX budgeting and Investment approval packages.

  • Strengthen Inventory, Cash & Logistics Visibility & Governance

Improve end-to-end visibility & governance across stores, warehouses and logistics partners on Store cash controls/Inventory movement tracking & investigation/Return processes/Logistics exception management etc… Instead of discovering inventory issues after they occur, you'll work cross-functionally to identify process gaps and strengthen preventive controls.

  • Build Better Controls—not More Bureaucracy

We're not looking for someone who simply follows SOP, instead who is constantly looking for better control, identify operational risks before they become financial issues by designing practical governance processes that improve transparency while enabling business growth.

  • Influence Through Data

You'll become the person who asks questions others haven't thought of, You'll connect the dots between finance and operations and lead discussions toward business improvements.


What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering

  • Experience supporting retail, consumer products or multi-site operations is highly preferred

  • Experience working with cross-border or multinational organizations

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
