## Job Summary
The **Institutional Regional Head** is responsible for overseeing and managing institutional client relationships within a designated region. Reporting directly to the **Zonal Head at UTI**, this role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and operational oversight to ensure the achievement of regional business targets and the strengthening of institutional partnerships.
## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to expand institutional client base and enhance existing relationships.
- Monitor regional performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with the Zonal Head to execute regional plans and initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage regional teams to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment management, or related services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
