You ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery aligned with strategic objectives, while balancing standardization and local flexibility.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing the operational strategy
- Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience
- Leading and developing international operations teams
- Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
- Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity
- Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making
- Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region
- Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in an international environment
- 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments
- Experience in people management and senior leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and results-driven
- Experience in change management and transformation
- Fluent in English (C1), additional languages like German, Dutch or French are a plus
- Comfortable working in complex multi-country environments

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 80,000 gross per year based on a 40-hour work week. However, we are prepared to offer a higher salary, depending on your qualifications, expertise, and relevant professional experience.
