Regional HR Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the regional and corporate business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs across regional offices.
- Partner with senior management to support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in all operating countries.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee retention, and productivity.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR policies, structures, and systems to regional and country-level HR teams.
- Oversee regional reporting, budgeting, and HR analytics to support management decision-making.
- Lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Advise on cross-border employment matters, including mobility, expatriate management, and regional HR governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce trends across Asia.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
