Regional HR Manager - AP & Telengana

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager with 8–12 years of progressive HR experience,

including 4–5 years in a regional HR role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk

hiring and sales recruitment, alongside managing HR operations across multiple locations.

Experience & competencies required:

 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a Regional HR role.

 Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment.

 Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.

 Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, E-

commerce, or similar industries preferred.

 Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

 Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

 Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience.

 Data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

 Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
