The role

We're looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to own the full People & Culture function for Thailand. You'll work closely with our Global Head of People & Culture, the Director of Quality Assurance and the Global People & Culture Coordinator, leading everything from talent and recruitment to payroll oversight, employee relations and compliance with Thai labour law. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-scaling international business, and holds the highest standards for how people are treated — and how things are done.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Thailand People & Culture team, and own HR strategy for the region
• Run end-to-end recruitment for our properties — from staffing plans to onboarding — and build an employer brand people want to join
• Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and full compliance
• Manage employee relations: performance reviews, grievances, investigations and development
• Own HR records and HRIS with rigour — accurate, secure, audit-ready
• Champion engagement, wellbeing, and health & safety across every property
• Manage work permits and immigration processes for international team members

What you'll bring

• Open to Thai nationals only
• Native Thai language with professional English competency
• Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in hospitality
• Solid knowledge of HR practice and Thai employment law
• The highest standards of integrity and discretion — you'll be the guardian of our people processes
• Confidence with Google Workspace; HRIS experience a plus
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to lead through growth and high season
