Job Summary
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Americas supports North America and Latin America (including Brazil) by delivering effective HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with regional leaders and the Global HR team, the HRBP implements people initiatives, supports business growth, and ensures compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
This position serves as the primary HR contact for the Americas region, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver consistent HR services in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support.
Build effective working relationships with employees and business leaders.
Support organizational changes and workforce planning initiatives.
Provide practical HR solutions aligned with business needs.
Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and probation reviews.
Work with recruitment agencies and Employer of Record (EOR) partners where applicable.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding, employee transfers, promotions and offboarding.
Prepare and coordinate employment documentation.
Ensure employee records are maintained accurately.
Support employee mobility and international employment arrangements.
Performance & Talent Management
Coordinate performance review and goal-setting processes.
Coach managers on performance management practices.
Support employee development and succession planning activities.
Identify development opportunities for employees.
Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Support investigations into workplace issues when required.
Assist managers in resolving employee concerns and performance issues.
Promote a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
Compensation & HR Administration
Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
Assist with compensation benchmarking and job evaluations.
Coordinate with Payroll, Finance and external providers on HR matters.
Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
Work with Legal, external advisors and EOR partners on employment matters.
Support HR audits and compliance activities.
Maintain HR reports
HR Projects
Participate in regional and global HR initiatives.
Support implementation of HR policies and programmes.
Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
Experience supporting multiple countries or regions is preferred.
Knowledge of employment practices and labour legislation.
Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
