REGIONAL INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATIOR

You will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated primary prevention programs implemented at the Region and installation levels.

You will assist in program management, supports Regional prevention action plans, initiatives, assessments, and provides insights to leaders at various levels to inform program updates and address prevention gaps.

You will coordinate with subject matter experts across programs in implementing prevention events and training/education and leveraging approaches.

You will actively collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify collective goals, intended outcome, and optimal methods to increase efficiencies and integration.

You will address problematic/destructive behaviors, including, but not limited to, suicide, sexual harassment, sexual assault, substance misuse, family and interpersonal violence, workplace violence, and military equal opportunity.

You will manage programs and fosters an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission.

You will monitor progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.

You will determine objectives, set priorities, and ensures sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served.

You will accept responsibility for mistakes. Complies with established control systems and rules and formulates objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment.
