Regional Junior Brand Manager

About this Position As a Regional Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the Regional Marketing Team in driving the growth of Henkel consumer hair care styling brands in Asia by developing new product innovations, delivering sales growth, and capturing market share from competitors. What you´ll do New Product Development: - Gather market intelligence by looking into regional and local hair care styling trends, understand consumer insights to support the product concept ideation. - Provide category expertise by running country portfolio review, identifying white spots, and building innovation roadmap for the respective brand. - Execute New Product Development projects including conceptualization, validations, development and implementation. - Steer projects according to Henkel’s standard innovation process together with internal and external partners to ensure on-time-in-full delivery. Brand Management: - Develop brand communication guidelines and assets including communication platform, brand book and identity, key visuals, brand/product video, PR pack shots etc. And cascade these to markets to ensure brand consistency. - Communicate and share with markets across the region best practices on brand management. - Plan marketing budget for respective brands and monitor spending using internal trackers and tools. - Process marketing spending in accordance with planned budget and company guidelines. Launch Planning Tracking: - Work with local teams to review launch plans and brand activations to drive consumer awareness, consideration, conversion, and purchase. - Closely monitor new product launch performance and coordinate with markets to seek optimization opportunity.
