Regional Logistics Process Executive [EL]

Coordinate regional logistics processes and align operational procedures across different teams.

Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and process flowcharts to improve operational consistency.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Support IT projects involving system enhancements, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Conduct internal and external training on operational processes and customer-specific requirements.

Monitor service performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.

Act as a communication control point between customers and operations teams.

Identify operational issues and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

Respond to customer requests and support quotation preparation when required.

Travel regionally or overseas as needed.
