- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer software and maintenance management systems.
