Regional Maintenance Manager
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for a select group of our apartment communities supporting Atlanta Metro and other Georgia based properties. This position is a remote/Field-based opportunity for the right candidate. The Regional Maintenance Manager, under the direction of the Regional Property Manger & VP of Maintenance will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency of all aspects of the maintenance operations within the assigned group of properties and GMC sites.
The Essential Job Functions include;
- Working with a team of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians in conjunction with the Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, & VP of Maintenance to supervise maintenance staff at each property. Coach and Mentor staff, and provide support on technical issues.
- Conduct NSPIRE, pre-audit inspections to ensure Gateway's standard of compliance and safety.
- Train Maintenance Technicians in administrative procedures, repair techniques, and company policies.
- Assist with recruitment and interviewing candidates.
- Knowledge and certification to perform all Heating and Cooling System repairs.
- Knowledge and understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Licensed to operate motor vehicles with auto insurance .
- Travel up to 50% to 75% (Regional Travel)
- Inside and outside work in all types of weather .
