-
Monitor contractors for schedule, scope, quality and workmanship
-
Help drive consistent use of our maintenance/property management software as our system of record

We're especially interested in candidates with:

Strong hands-on multifamily maintenance experience
-
Excellent plumbing, electrical and general building troubleshooting skills
-
Maintenance Supervisor experience, ideally at a 500+ unit community or large portfolio

Ready for What's Next?
If you've built a great career in multifamily maintenance and are ready to expand into regional operations and project management, this could be your next step.
You don't need to come in knowing everything. We're looking for strong technical fundamentals, leadership ability, curiosity and good judgment. We're willing to invest in the right person through certifications, courses and professional development.
Bring us your maintenance expertise. We'll give you the opportunity to build on it.
