About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of 6-9 stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise performance, elevate customer experience, and build strong, engaged teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in stores coaching, developing talent, and creating a culture that delivers outstanding results.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers across your region

• Driving sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI performance

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through strong store standards

• Identifying and developing future leaders

• Supporting succession planning and talent development

• Managing rosters, wages, operational standards, and compliance

• Driving visual merchandising excellence and inventory management

• Minimising shrinkage and ensuring strong loss prevention practices

• Building a positive, high-performance team culture
