JOB DESCRIPTION OF IT MANAGER

• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including New Software Applications, PCs, operating systems, databases and peripherals.
• Conducting Training for Employees,Franchisees as well as Customers.
• Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.
• Implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Testing and Implementation new technology.
• Manage and develop IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline.
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
• Acknowledge and reply all mails.
• Daily Monitoring and Maintaining computer systems and networks, Database and anti virus.
• Mysql Database and query knowledge.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with staff, Franchisee as well as customers.
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
• Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
