Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering truly AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales excellence across your region. ABOUT YOU

• You’ve spent 4+ years leading multi-site retail teams of 8-13 stores, ideally within a fast-paced fashion business, and know how to bring out the best of your people.

• A natural seller with strong commercial instincts, you know how to identify opportunities, drive results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• You’re passionate about people, product and presentation, with a proven ability to coach high-performing teams and create inspiring store environments.

• You bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and thrive on rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

• An authentic leader and communicator, you build strong relationships, influence confidence, and empower your teams to succeed.

• Adaptable, self-aware and resilient, you embrace change and lead with agility in a dynamic retail environment.

• You hold a current driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle, with regular regional travel a key part of the role.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 1600 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
