Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Financial Institutions team. The ideal candidate is motivated to build and manage a book of profitable financial institutions business while contributing to product development and special projects as requested. This individual must be an ambitious team player with a strong marketing persona.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Financial Institutions underwriting experience
- Track record of success managing a regional book of business
- Interested in participating in strategic initiatives within a territory & across the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team player that can provide creative solutions while working in a collaborative environment
- Engaged in industry organizations and events
- Strong broker relationship building skills
- Strong leadership potential with experience mentoring others or leading projects is a plus
