Designation: Regional Lead- P&L Head
Location: New Delhi (NCR)
Role
description: We are looking for a detail oriented, P/L Head to be based out in Delhi NCR region. Individuals working in IFMS, manpower industries will be preferred.
Strategic:
• Developing the region’s operations and
process improvement strategy
• Building and maintaining networks with leading corporate (current &
potential clients)
• Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in facility
management (service offerings, tools & equipment’s, etc).
• Providing functional guidance to all the regions to ensure standardization of
operations and execution practices across the organization
Operational:
• Leading the development of SOPs and checklists to assist the Site Operations
when initiating work with a new client/site; Gain approval from the President,
Operations and guide the regional operations teams in the initial takeover of
the site
• Guiding the creation and implementation of a standardized Operations strategy
for Site Execution based on client service offering across the organization;
Develop a detailed database / MIS system that can estimate material and labor
requirements and communicate the same to relevant departments within the
organization.
• Working closely with the SBU heads and closely monitoring operations
implementation for key/ Pan- India accounts (as per organizational parameters);
Track resource utilization for the region on a continuous basis
• Assisting the President in the creation of an escalation management system;
Once finalized, ensure communication with all regional clients and track and
monitor client escalations and timely resolution of the same from time to time
• Assisting in the development of a framework for reporting & MIS and
regularly track operational efficiency across SBUs
• Assisting in developing a framework for Intra-SBU as well as Inter-SBU
resource sharing; Guide the SBU heads in the implementation of the same to
ensure increased operational efficiency across SBUs and locations within the
organization.
• Guiding and overseeing timely and accurate Invoicing & Collections across
SBUs and locations within the region; Tracking and monitoring Target vs. Actual
periodically in order to ensure zero delay in execution as well as minimal
Accounts Receivable build-up for the region
• Assist in the development of Asset Maintenance and Control (of machinery
deployed at client site) mechanisms; Track and monitor lifespan of assets
owned/leased by the company (Target vs. Actual) to ensure optimum utilization
of each asset/machinery
• Assist in the development of the Operational Risk Management strategy and
periodically track and monitor the same to ensure timely closure of identified
QA/Compliance audit observations with a goal to attain 100% QA/ Audit
compliance
• Assisting in the development of SOPs and checklists for Business closure
(contract termination) and Site
• closure; Oversee the development and implementation of processes that are
client-friendly and ease transition
• Leading the incorporation of client feedback at Closure/ contract termination
stage to gain inputs on how organization could improvise on aspects of
execution/client relationship management and other factors that will lead to
longer association with key clients
• Leading the incorporation of client feedback into various aspects of
Operations and Client Relationship Management within the region and provide
inputs to the President Operations.
Financial:
• Driving cost savings through process standardization and effective project
management practices across projects within the region
• Developing Regional and project
budgets; Monitor and ensure adherence to the same people
• Actively participate in recruitment of senior roles within the Operations
department for the region
• Driving timely Performance Appraisal of staff / personnel within the region
and assess & fulfill training and career development requirements.
• Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all
aspects of teamwork
• Mentoring and coaching subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and
build a strong succession pipeline for the role.
Requirements
Qualification/Skills:
Academics: Any Graduate
Experience: 15 - 20 years or work experience
