The North Asia Regional Management Office partners closely with Agoda’s regional leadership to deliver actionable insights, align cross-functional objectives, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives. Our mandate is to translate top-level priorities into operational excellence, transforming early-stage concepts into scalable business opportunities that accelerate local and regional growth.

The Opportunity:
As Regional Manager, RMO, North Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Agoda’s strategic direction across the region. You will lead mission-critical projects, working alongside senior leaders in product, supply, marketing, and finance to deliver on our most important business objectives. Your expertise in market and data analysis will inform executive decision-making and unlock new avenues for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Design and implement long-term strategies that drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.

Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability.

Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and cross-functional collaboration to advance shared objectives.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and inform strategic priorities.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to evaluate business performance and guide data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience: Experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline, with a proven record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives.

Analytical Acumen: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong strategic and creative problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of addressing complex business challenges.

Project Management: Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Stakeholder Management: Experience building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and financial modeling.
