💼 Role Overview

Lead Saahas' programs across Assam with a strategic focus on improving Solid Waste Management in urban and rural areas. The Regional Manager will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, government partnerships, team leadership, and regional growth while ensuring program impact and financial sustainability.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute regional strategy and annual operating plans

🔹 Liaise with State and District Government officials for program implementation

🔹 Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

🔹 Manage project budgets, financial health, and cash flow monitoring

🔹 Lead and mentor Project Managers and regional teams

🔹 Build partnerships with CSR donors, funders, NGOs, and government bodies

🔹 Drive monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and compliance processes

🔹 Recruit and strengthen project teams across the region

🔹 Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across projects

🌍 Preferred Profile

✔ 15+ years of experience in Development Sector / Waste Management / Sustainability

✔ 10+ years of experience managing large programs and teams

✔ Prior experience in liaisoning at state and district level will be preferred

✔ Knowledge of NGO compliance and development sector ecosystem

✔ Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

✔ Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Assamese preferred

📅 6-Day Work Week (2 Saturdays Off per Month)

🚗 Field travel required (approximately 20% of time)
