About This Role:
Our Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple studio locations within an assigned region. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, ensuring that each studio meets organizational standards for financial performance, operational efficiency, and member experience. The Regional Manager provides direct supervision and mentorship to General Managers, ensuring consistency in execution of company policies, training programs, and promotional initiatives.
This is a portfolio job and a people job at the same time- you own the numbers and you hit them by developing General Managers into leaders who can build studios that feel like more than just a workout space. The best Regional Managers create solutions, develop leaders, and drive performance – not just put out fires.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain a strong leadership presence within assigned studios through regular visits and communication.
- Support and train studio teams to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional member experience.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including lead generation, booking rate, show rate, and close rate.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and studio management.
- Assist in planning and execution of promotional events, workshops, and member appreciation activities.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and develop General Managers and other studio leadership staff.
- Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to promote staff growth.
- Lead ongoing manager meetings to ensure communication and alignment across studios.
- Partner with the Education Coordinator to plan and approve educational events and training.
- Oversee implementation of monthly promotions, events, and regional initiatives.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all channels (in-person, phone, email).
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Experience with ClubReady software preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Experience in fitness sales, boutique retail fitness, med spa or other membership driven industry highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Wage & Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary. Regional Managers are also bonused based on studio performance. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (for studio equipment or event setup).
- Must be able to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment regularly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required by studio operations.
