¦ Job Description — Regional Manager
Oversees all MOIDA store operations in Spain: sales, inventory, workforce, and customer service, ensuring sales targets and operational stability while executing HQ policies nationally.
Store Management: Manage Store Manager(s), employees, and sales activities; support new store openings; report on execution of HQ strategies.
Sales & Settlement: Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales vs. targets; verify POS settlement and manage cash discrepancies; ensure price accuracy; run localized promotions.
Inventory: Submit orders via SKW, inspect deliveries, reconcile discrepancies in CMS; process theft/exchange/testers/samples; support display/GWP setup and VMD execution reporting.
Store Operations: Monitor opening/closing, staff peak-hour allocation, on-site issue resolution, cleanliness/safety, and customer flow management.
Workforce: Recruit and manage staff, share KPIs, deliver training, manage schedules/attendance, set goals, give feedback, mediate conflicts.
Customer Management: Ensure refunds follow original payment method; collect and summarize customer feedback.
¦ Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' professional experience (not suited to entry-level candidates)
Retail, customer service, or beauty industry experience strongly preferred
Must be a Spain resident with valid work authorization (any nationality)
Spanish: native level (required); English: fluent (required); Korean: a strong plus
Willingness to travel between stores and work flexible/weekend shifts

Full-time, under Spanish Workers' Statute and applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (retail sector) [TBC]
Salary: EUR 2,200–3,000 gross/month (negotiable)
Trial period and payment date per Spanish law/company policy [TBD]
