Regional Manager Team Member - Roanoke

We have several group homes in multiple regions of Virginia, with two group homes in our Roanoke Region, and have been in business for over 35 years. We're currently interviewing interested applicants to be a member of this regional management team.

Our regional management team participates in and oversees the daily operations of our group homes, including supporting our residential staff with carrying out their roles. This position involves aspects of providing program oversight for the people in those group homes, paperwork/documentation oversight and completion, monitoring of health and safety needs of the individuals in our programs (including direct assistance with medical appointments and follow-up), and helping to coordinate and promote meaningful activities and routines that support each person's interests and needs. Operational tasks also include staff scheduling, training, payroll & billing preparation, Plan development and support reviews. This position also shares in the regional on-call rotation.

Requirements Include:

• Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation/being on-call for emergencies
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background investigation
• Must be over 21 years old (for insurance purposes) and have/maintain an acceptable driving record, vehicle insurance & a safe vehicle for all shifts

Experience:

• Supervisory experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay:

Between $17.82 to $19.35 an hour (Based on experience)
