Regional Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Market Development & TM Portfolio Management: Develop marketing/product strategy – market mapping, strategic market identification, sales funnel analysis and progress tracking, product positioning & value messaging
- Responsible for leading new product launches in TM
- Initiate and lead marketing campaigns to support execution on marketing strategy to grow the TM business (IH & DS ID)
- Analyze pricing and profit, design promotion plan to drive sales focus on specific product pipelines to achieve most favorable sales and profit
- Engage KOLs in TM through strategic collaboration to drive professional education initiatives & drive business growth/ market leadership
- Sales enablement – explore WW and regional resources and adapt to local needs to design sales tools, conduct sales training, and support sales funnel closure
- Monitor closely on market dynamics and competitive landscape to provide direction and training on market intelligence
- Support commercial leader to conduct business planning & drive TM growth
- Compliance with all the applicable regulations and QuidelOrtho policy
- Lead and execute Marketing Planning & new product launch process which will incorporate regulatory, reimbursement, clinical, marketing & pricing strategy.
- Lead and execute required product training for the team
- Lead and facilitate market research to gain insights to market opportunities & needs, particularly segmented needs, market opportunities and adjacencies to current business
- Develop and own " Franchise Projects Pipeline Funnel" and ensure opportunities and projects are aligned with strategic growth rationale
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with global brand and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and event channels.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt campaigns for regional relevance.
- Support product launches and lifecycle management through tailored messaging, promotional materials, and training tools.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product positioning and value propositions.
- Partner with Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Very good communication, presentation and platform skills, financial/business acumen, organizational and people management skills
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of ASPAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
