Regional Marketing Manager, Travel Retail APAC & SEA-Oceania

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy, 360 marketing plans, and omnichannel campaigns (offline & online: e-commerce, social media, CRM) including product forecasting for Travel Retail APAC & SEAO, aligned with global brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing marketing team through structured guidance, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable growth opportunities and optimized campaign strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with HQ counterparts, market commercial leads, retail, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution, channel integration, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee marketing & digital budget allocation, ensuring resource efficiency and maximizing ROI across all channels and activations.
  • Build and leverage strategic relationships with vendors, key retailers, airport authorities to secure premium locations, negotiate marketing support, and accelerate sales growth.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact in-store activations, promotional events, and digital campaigns to amplify brand visibility and drive footfall.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on marketing performance, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to the Regional General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing preferably within the cosmetics, FMCG, luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing marketing professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to understand complex market dynamics and cultural nuances across the APAC & SEA-Oceania regions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
