Regional Medical Supervisor

The Regional Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical and health-related initiatives across the region. This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate health standards, promotes a culture of industrial health and safety, and supports employee well-being through proactive medical supervision and training.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree Physician (MD) and/or General Practitioner specializing in Occupational Medicine, or with a Master’s degree in Occupational Health.

  • Applicable knowledge of Mexican legislation (Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law).

  • Applicable knowledge of Mexican regulations (Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare).

  • Applicable knowledge of regulations of the Mexican Social Security Institute regarding occupational risks, temporary work disability, partial permanent disability, and disability.

  • Applicable knowledge of regulations of the Ministry of Health (medical office, medical records, notice of operation).

YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate physicians’ work across assigned sites

  • Closely monitor medical processes at assigned sites

  • Provide ongoing medical training to physicians under their supervision

  • Provide support in disputed cases by issuing medical‑technical/legal opinions

  • Prepare reports and/or documents relevant to their role

  • Perform any other job-related activities associated with their position
