The Role

We’re looking for a Regional Nurse Consultant to own clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Northern California SNFs. You’ll partner directly with Directors of Nursing and Administrators—not just advising, but driving the improvement work. This is a high-impact role for someone who has led at the DON level and is ready to operate across a portfolio.

What You’ll Own

Clinical operations oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities

Regulatory compliance — federal, state, local — including infection control and incident management

Quality improvement — building and tracking performance metrics that move the needle

Mentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each site

Regular site audits and inspections with clear, actionable findings
