Regional Operations Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Key Accountabilities:

* Responsibility for digital service provision across all sites in their portfolio

* Day to Day Management of BMS Service Engineers and Service Partners (approx. 15-20 persons)

* Managing specialist subcontractors

* Regular contract reviews with customers and senior clients, upselling services where possible

* Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts

* Technical, Finance, Commercial understanding and awareness

* Operational delivery of contract KPI’s – meeting SLAs

* Management of statutory, legal, safety and contract compliance standards

* Stakeholder engagement and liaising with PMO

* P&L responsibility between £1m - £3m

Travelling to all sites in the portfolio to undertake service reviews, safety visits and meet teams.

This is a Hybrid role Looking for anyone located from the Midlands up to the North West

You must have a BMS background either Trend Tridium Distech Siemens control systems
