Compensation:

  • Base Compensation Range: $90,000 to $100,000

  • Potential Annual Bonus Range: $40,000 to $50,000

  • Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay, car allowance, reimbursement for business expenses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management.

  • Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  • Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding.

  • Spends at least 3 days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience

  • Five or more years of related experience working with industrial and commercial projects.

  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills

  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility

  • Computer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
