Warehouse Management

Assist HR in hiring, onboarding, and training new Ops employees (warehouse and in store)

  • Ensure QC procedure is followed
  • Ensure Feedback forms are followed up on and action items are taken
  • Actively seeks out training for builders, especially on new products or procedures
  • Quantity
  • Work with Regional Director to understand KPIs for the build team
  • Work with the lead bike builder to create action plans to address build concerns
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Inbound/outbound receiving and operations
  • Physical storage space
  • Assist with cycle counts, RTV, and transfers as needed
  • Non-Inventory vendor management and oversight
  • Oversee transfer schedule and routes
  • Make sure transfers are operating effectively (including covering for the driver)
  • Vehicle fleet oversight

Retail & Cross-Functional Support

  • Localized operations support
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, or other operational duties where needed
  • Fill in for key Ops needs when Managers are on PTO or simply behind (e.g. when new managers are hired or a store is missing key staff)
  • Oversee negative inventory, past due transfers, partial payments, etc.
  • Identify, implement and train staff on new processes - be boots on the ground after roll out
  • With a Ci lens, diagnose bottlenecks in ops processes between stores and spearhead
  • Demo policy, safety procedures, etc…
  • Collaborate with regional training manager to implement new operational processes
  • Manage projects with vendors, contractors, property management companies, building owners, and regulatory agencies.
  • I.e. Denver East’s 1% Retail Tax, e-bike credits, bike trade-in partners, etc.
  • Oversee brick-and-mortar facilities management
  • Point of contact for Verkada security response
  • Safety management
  • Oversee local monthly safety audits and assist store teams on needed corrections
  • Sustainability
  • Quarterly reporting of utilities usage
  • Assisting director of operations with localized sustainability initiatives

Compensation

  • $64,000 - $68,000

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools (I.e. screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
  • Ability to manage project timelines across multiple locations simultaneously
  • Basic technical bike knowledge
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
