Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Operations Manager will lead and coordinate business operations across Singapore and regional markets, driving operational efficiency, managing supply chain activities, and supporting sustainable growth in wholesale trading and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wholesale distribution operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery and stock availability
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance
• Coordinate regional business activities with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations
• Manage sales order fulfilment and monitor delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
• Analyze operational costs, inventory turnover, sales performance, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Identify and support business expansion initiatives by improving distribution networks and regional market coverage
• Supervise and coordinate administrative, sales support, and operations teams to achieve operational goals
• Collaborate with management to develop business plans, operational budgets, and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure consistent and efficient business operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and operational requirements across all markets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• Experience in watches, timepieces, or consumer products distribution
• Experience managing regional wholesale operations
