Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead PMI's Houston region with full accountability for safety, people, client relationships, project execution, and financial performance. This leader will develop and execute the regional operating plan, maintain accurate revenue, backlog, and workforce forecasts, drive profitable project delivery across multiple industrial sites, develop field leadership, and expand PMI's position with existing and prospective clients.
