Regional Partner Manager| Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Illinois
WHY US SIGNAL
We have been delivering digital infrastructure solutions since 2001. We are not a startup finding our footing. We have the network, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, and managed services capabilities that allow our customers to consolidate vendors and simplify complexity. For sales professionals, that means the ability to bring meaningful solutions to market, create deeper customer relationships, and represent a platform designed to solve multiple business challenges rather than a single point solution. We have the product depth, operational stability, and customer-first culture that allow strong sellers to focus on what they do best: building relationships, creating opportunity, and winning business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
US Signal is looking for a Regional Partner Manager to build and run our partner strategy in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Illinois. You will need to reside in one of these three states. You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, and you will recruit and develop the technology distributors, agents, advisors, and managed service providers who bring US Signal’s solutions to market. You will work closely with our sales and solutions teams and be accountable for assigned sales objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Build the regional partner strategy. Develop and execute a plan that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and achievement of your sales objectives.
- Recruit and grow partners. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with technology distributors, agents, advisors, managed service providers, referral partners, and other strategic channel partners.
- Win deals with your internal teams. Work with sales and solution teams to identify opportunities, coordinate account strategies, and move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Enable your partners. Deliver partner enablement programs, including training, joint planning, marketing initiatives, events, business reviews, and ongoing engagement.
- Manage and optimize performance. Track channel results through CRM management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and partner health assessments, and work with teams across the company to improve them.
