Discussion

Kaaiser is India’s No.1 study abroad brand for the Australia destination, backed by over 30 years of leadership and credibility in global student recruitment. As part of the Manifest Global (which includes Cialfo, BridgeU, and Explore), Kaaiser has built deep institutional relationships, strong market trust, and one of India’s most respected education partner networks.

As we scale across India, we are investing in building a high-quality, high-performing B2B channel partner ecosystem to drive sustainable and predictable growth.

What This Role Is

Every day, education agents across Gujarat lose hours to fragmented tools, manual follow-ups, missed deadlines, and pure guesswork. They are doing the work of five systems with no system at all — scattered leads across emails, spreadsheets, and messaging apps, application statuses chased manually with no real-time visibility, deadlines missed for lack of an automated alert. This is not a productivity inconvenience. For an agent, a lost lead or a missed window is a lost placement, and a lost placement is a family's plan derailed.

Flow AI ends that. It brings every lead, application, and university interaction into one unified, AI-powered workspace — built for agents who refuse to be slowed down by the tools they've been stuck with. But a platform only changes how an agent works once that agent is actually using it, and in Gujarat, a state with one of the densest, most competitive agent networks in the country, that adoption doesn't happen on its own.

That is what this role exists to do. Gujarat's agent network sits across two of Manifest's corridors at once — the agents sending students to Europe through EduGo Abroad, and the agents sending students to Australia through Kaaiser. You will be Flow AI's presence on the ground across both, turning agents who've been burned by clunky tools before into agents who can't imagine working without this one.

At the highest level, you own Flow AI's adoption, activation, and revenue across the Gujarat agent network.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Flow AI stands alone as a Manifest Global product — not Kaaiser's portal, not a Cialfo add-on, but its own platform with its own credibility to build. That independence is the point: an agent adopting Flow AI isn't choosing a tool bundled with one brand's relationship, they're choosing the intelligence layer that works across every corridor they touch.
  • That is the real ecosystem advantage here. No standalone competitor can offer an agent one system that spans both the Europe-bound and Australia-bound sides of their business simultaneously — Flow AI can, because it sits underneath EduGo Abroad and Kaaiser at once. In a state where the same agent is often working both corridors, that's not a minor convenience; it's the reason to switch.
  • The broader overseas education industry is contracting. Flow AI is growing. And the gap is compounding: the agents already on Flow AI are moving faster, closing more, and building stronger books — which means every month an agent in Gujarat isn't on the platform, the agents who are get further ahead.

What You Own

Agent adoption across Gujarat

  • Identify and prioritize the highest-potential agents across both the EduGo and Kaaiser networks in the state
  • Onboard agents onto Flow AI and get them genuinely using it, not just signed up
  • Run field-based training and hands-on support that respects agents' low tolerance for anything that slows them down
  • Build the trust that turns a skeptical agent into an advocate

Platform revenue and activation performance

  • Own adoption and revenue outcomes for Flow AI across the Gujarat region
  • Track activation funnel movement — signups, active logins, applications actually submitted through the platform — closely enough to know where agents are dropping off
  • Build and adjust a regional activation plan as you learn where resistance is coming from and why

On-the-ground field execution

  • Spend the large majority of your time in the field, travelling across the state — agent visits, onboarding sessions, activation events
  • Read what's actually stopping adoption in a given pocket of the market — a bad past experience with another tool, unfamiliarity, distrust — and address it directly rather than pushing past it
  • Represent Flow AI with the confidence and directness the brand is built on: no jargon, no over-explaining, straight to what changes for the agent

Cross-functional coordination

  • Work with Flow AI's product and support teams to route agent feedback that should shape the platform, not just the pitch
  • Coordinate with EduGo's and Kaaiser's regional teams so platform activation reinforces, rather than competes with, existing agent relationships
  • Feed what you're seeing in-market back to leadership — adoption blockers, competitive tools agents are using instead, openings

What Success Looks Like

  • The markers below reflect where Flow AI's Gujarat activation is today. We'll calibrate the specifics once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.
  • In the first weeks, success looks like a clear-eyed read on the region: which agents across both corridors are the highest-value targets, what's actually been stopping adoption so far, and a point of view on where the fastest wins are.
  • By the middle of your first year, adoption should be visibly healthier — more agents genuinely active on the platform, not just onboarded, and a regional plan you're executing against rather than reacting to. Agents should be coming to you with what they need next, not the other way around.
  • Over the long run, you will have built something that outlasts any single relationship you personally hold — a Gujarat agent base where Flow AI is simply how business gets done, regardless of which corridor an agent is working.
  • The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.

What You Bring

  • You've spent a meaningful part of your career in B2B or study-abroad sales, ideally with direct exposure to how agents actually work day to day — enough that you understand why an agent who's been burned by a clunky system before is slow to trust the next one.
  • You have strong commercial instincts, but you also understand that selling a platform to a low-tech-adoption audience is a different skill than closing a straightforward deal: you lead with outcomes, not features, and you make the intelligent choice feel like the easy choice.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. Nobody is handing you a finished adoption playbook for Gujarat's dual-corridor agent base; you're building the approach as you go, region by region, agent by agent.
  • You're structured about the parts of the job that don't get built on charm alone — activation tracking, funnel visibility, clean reporting — because you know which agents are actually using the platform matters more than how many have signed up.
  • This is a field role with a clear mandate and real autonomy — including significant travel across the state — and you're coachable: you take direction well, adjust based on what leadership and the data tell you, and don't mistake independence for working in isolation.
  • Most importantly, you read the description of what Flow AI is building in Gujarat and your first reaction was not "this is a good platform sales job." It was something closer to — I know exactly how to earn back the trust of an agent who's been let down by bad tools before. That's the person this role is for.

Why Manifest

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility — connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counseling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counseling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach, 1,000+ university partners). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system which changes that. $80M raised. Still early.
