Regional Payroll & HR Executive

We are looking for a Regional HR Officer to support regional HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing and verification for employees across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Support and verify payroll processing for regional offices
• Check payroll data, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information
• Coordinate with country HR teams and/or payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll
• Support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration
• Assist with performance appraisal, compensation and benefits activities
• Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover and workforce data
• Support employee engagement, training and HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with HR compliance and CSR-related activities

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on exposure to high-volume payroll processing, preferably 150 employees or more
• Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations
• Regional or multi-country payroll/HR exposure will be an advantage
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
