Regional Procurement Manager

What you´ll do Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement priorities. Build deep understanding of supplier markets, cost drivers, value chains and industry trends to support business decisions. Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract management and strategic supplier relationship development. Deliver value creation through cost optimization, supply resilience, risk mitigation and productivity initiatives. Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R D, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams to support business growth and operational excellence. Drive regional projects including product launches, supplier qualification, localization, packaging optimization, footprint optimization and supply network changes. Identify and implement sustainability, innovation and digital procurement initiatives across the supplier base. Utilize analytics, market intelligence and procurement tools to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Contribute to the achievement of regional procurement objectives through effective stakeholder alignment and disciplined execution.
