What you’ll do:

As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you will operate in one of the most complex product categories in the region, going beyond traditional sourcing. If you have a holistic view, solid analytical skills and strong capabilities to navigate in a complex environment, you’ve just found it! In detail, you will:

- Lead sourcing strategy definition and execution for Air Conditioning components, balancing short and long-term business needs;

- Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, driving performance through metrics of cost, quality, delivery and technology;

- Structure contracts and lead negotiations, including on-going business for new product introduction and platform transitions across regions;

- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives, including should-cost models and cost breakdown analysis;

- Drive supplier development, qualification and performance improvement initiatives;

- Build and maintain a sourcing intelligence base, supporting data-driven decisions.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;

- Solid background in Procurement, with focus on strategic sourcing;

- Proven track in supplier negotiation and contract management;

- Consistent knowledge of cost analysis (TCO), commodity and supply chain dynamics;
- Advanced English is mandatory. Spanish is preferred;

- Work experience in complex and regulated environments is preferred.
