About the Role

The Regional Professional Education Manager is responsible for building clinical and product knowledge across the region. The role covers internal employee training, external customer education, KOL and clinical partnerships, case support, regional education programmes, and Inspire Therapy management.


You will work closely with Sales, Clinical Applications, Marketing and BD to improve product knowledge, clinical confidence, customer engagement and product adoption. You will also use feedback from customers and healthcare professionals to identify market needs, new business opportunities and opportunities to improve clinical and commercial performance.


You will have regional responsibility for supporting the development and growth of Inspire Therapy, including professional education, KOL engagement, clinical pathway development, partnership building and commercial support across the region.


Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Education – External
  • Lead regional professional education aligned with business, clinical and market priorities.
  • Develop and growth Easmed’s EDGE Branded programmes, including workshops, dissection course, learning journey, demonstrations, in-service and case-based observations for Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
  • Establish regional education standards and scalable frameworks to ensure consistent, clinically accurate and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and develop external trainers, KOL faculty and subject matter experts.
  • Engage country teams early to understand local needs, secure buy-in and support effective execution.
  • Measure EDGE’s Brand recognition & trust factor, HCP education effectiveness, customer engagement and impact on product adoption.

2. Professional Education – Internal

  • Own the regional implementation and adoption of the Professional Education framework, ensuring effective rollout across countries and functions.
  • Translate the framework into practical implementation plans with clear priorities, milestones, owners and timelines.
  • Drive execution proactively, coordinating stakeholders and resources to maintain momentum despite competing operational priorities.
  • Establish competency standards and structured onboarding, certification and continuous learning programmes.
  • Identify capability and implementation gaps and develop practical solutions to address them.
  • Develop and optimise standardised training resources, digital learning tools and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Engage country and functional leaders to secure commitment, participation and follow-through.
  • Monitor implementation, competency and adoption; intervene where progress is behind plan and escalate material barriers when required.
  • Build local coaching and training capability to support sustainable implementation across markets.

3. KOL & Clinical Partnerships

  • Develop strategic relationships with KOLs, HCPs, hospitals and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Maintain regional KOL mapping and engagement plans aligned with education and business priorities.
  • Develop clinical partnerships supporting education, product adoption and market development.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical collaborations, workshops and education programmes.
  • Work with country teams to strengthen local clinical networks and Easmed’s regional presence.

4. Reports & Projects

  • Own internal education improvement projects from planning through implementation, adoption and impact.
  • Manage resources, stakeholders, timelines and execution barriers to ensure effective rollout.
  • Drive digital learning solutions, training resources and knowledge-sharing tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Secure cross-country and functional stakeholder buy-in, communication and follow-through.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards and impact reporting to track implementation, competency, adoption and effectiveness.
  • Use data and feedback to identify gaps, drive improvements and recommend future priorities.

5. Regional Collaboration, Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Build strong working relationships with country leadership, Sales, Clinical Applications, Marketing, BD and relevant functions.
  • Maintain regular and proactive cross-border communication, ensuring countries are engaged early and informed throughout regional initiatives.
  • Secure country-level alignment, buy-in and ownership for key education and clinical programmes.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, expectations, responsibilities, timelines and follow-through.
  • Proactively address communication, alignment and execution gaps affecting outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of regional education processes, standards, governance and competency frameworks.
  • Develop KPIs and use programme data and stakeholder feedback to improve quality and effectiveness.
  • Promote cross-country knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.

6. Inspire Therapy Management

A. Clinical & Therapy Management

  • Lead regional clinical development of Inspire Therapy, establishing clinical priorities, standards and capability across markets.
  • Develop and strengthen patient selection, clinical pathways, referral pathways and patient identification approaches.
  • Build strategic relationships with key physicians, KOLs, hospitals and clinical stakeholders.
  • Lead external professional education and establish internal competency standards for Sales and Clinical Applications teams.
  • Identify clinical barriers to adoption and lead initiatives with physicians, hospitals, Inspire and country teams to address them.
  • Provide regional leadership for complex or strategic cases while developing country capability for routine clinical support.
  • Translate clinical developments, case learnings and stakeholder feedback into improvements in education, pathways and clinical support.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical and professional standards across Inspire activities.
  • Oversee regional coordination of adverse events, clinical complaints and significant case-related issues.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, timely escalation and follow-through with Inspire, country teams and relevant internal functions.
  • Coordinate communication among physicians, hospitals and relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Escalate significant clinical, patient-safety or reputational risks to appropriate management and regulatory stakeholders.

B. Regional Clinical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead proactive cross-border clinical communication with country teams and Inspire regional/global stakeholders.
  • Engage countries early to secure alignment, buy-in and ownership of clinical and education initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-country clinical priorities, programmes, faculty and best-practice sharing.
  • Manage key clinical stakeholders, responsibilities, timelines and follow-through.
  • Address clinical, communication and execution gaps affecting therapy development.
  • Provide management and Inspire stakeholders with clinical insights, risks and recommended actions.


C. Commercial & Product Support

  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Inspire teams to support product adoption, account development, pipeline growth and commercial activities.
  • Provide product and clinical support during key customer engagements, demonstrations, workshops and selected cases.
  • Support hospital discussions, KOL engagements, conferences and new account development.
  • Help country teams identify customer needs, barriers to adoption and potential commercial opportunities.
  • Gather and share customer, competitor and market feedback with relevant teams.
  • Track key accounts, pipeline, therapy adoption and commercial activities.

D. Marketing & Market Development

  • Support Marketing, Sales and Inspire teams in physician, hospital and patient awareness initiatives.
  • Provide clinical and product input to marketing materials, campaigns, events and educational content.
  • Support local market development activities based on country needs and agreed regional priorities.
  • Gather insights on referral patterns, patient awareness, competitive activity and market opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of Inspire Therapy.
  • Share successful activities and market learnings across countries.

E. Performance & Programme Monitoring

  • Monitor clinical programmes, education, KOL engagement, partnerships, pipeline and therapy adoption across markets.
  • Establish clinical and education KPIs and support tracking of agreed commercial and marketing measures.
  • Identify capability gaps, adoption barriers, programme risks and areas requiring intervention.
