Role Overview
The Regional Representative – West Africa will serve as the company's lead representative in the region, driving business growth, overseeing operations in Lagos, and strengthening the company's market presence. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will develop and execute regional growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, lead the local business development team, and ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the Lagos office while supporting the company's expansion across West Africa.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
* 8–12 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, country management, or regional operations within a B2B environment.
* Proven ability to develop business strategies, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing commercial teams.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a track record of driving business growth.
* Commercially driven, highly organized, and willing to travel across Nigeria and the West African region as required.
