Regional Retail Manager - Bakery Ingredients/Food Industry (Retail/Modern Trade Channels)

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 30+ years across 5 countries, are seeking a highly motivated Regional Retail Manager to lead and grow the company's retail business across hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern trade channels in the regions where they operate (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & KSA).

The role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key retail accounts, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of commercial strategies.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: CEO

Salary budget: AED 18-20,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage relationships with all regional key retail chains and modern trade partners.
• Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, pricing, and product listings.
  Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead and support sales teams to deliver business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Report and co-ordinate activity with CEO.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of similar or food industry sales experience.
• Proven track record in managing hypermarket and supermarket accounts across multiple markets, with strong expertise in B2B sales and in-store bakery category development
• Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across regional markets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, CRM, etc).
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
