- Provide administrative and coordination support to the VP Europe and regional sales stakeholders.
- Prepare and consolidate sales reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up actions with Country Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Support sales pipeline tracking, forecasting activities, and business reporting processes.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and regional events including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage travel arrangements, documentation, and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality.

- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
- Strong skills in reporting, data handling, and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach.
- English language skills at C1 level; additional European languages at B2 or higher are a plus.
