Regional Sales Coordinator in Novi Sad Leasing

You will develop relationships with existing retail and corporate clients while actively acquiring new customers. You will coordinate sales activities against business plans, build strategic partner networks, identify leasing and banking opportunities, advise clients and suppliers, prepare financing offers, and monitor market trends and business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve relationships with existing retail and corporate clients and acquire new clients
• Coordinate and deliver sales activities in line with company business plans and objectives
• Build and maintain a network of strategic partners, suppliers, and key clients
• Identify client needs and opportunities for leasing and banking products
• Advise clients and suppliers, prepare financing offers, and coordinate sales opportunities
• Monitor market trends and initiate process improvements
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners and monitor business results

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, management, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or coordinator role
• Experience working with corporate and retail clients in the financial sector is an advantage
• Business development and long-term partnership-building skills
• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency
• English language proficiency
