Job Scope:

• Strategy:​ Set and execute regional sales plans for Ocean, Air, and Contract Logistics across key Asian markets.

• Team Leadership:​ Build, mentor, and manage sales teams across 4+ Asian branches.

• P&L Ownership:​ Drive Volume & GP (Gross Profit)​ to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets are achieved.

• Hands-on Business Development:​ Personally lead business acquisition and cargo solicitation​ for strategic accounts and new lanes—not just managing, but actively selling.

• Market Growth:​ Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor pricing, and expand market share in both core and emerging markets.
