Regional Sales Director – UK & Ireland

About Ynteq
Maintenance managers lose hours every week to spreadsheets, paperwork and manual tracking. That time could go toward preventing the next malfunction instead of documenting the last one. Ynteq gives that time back, which means less downtime, lower operating costs and a smaller carbon footprint for the manufacturers we work with. We’re a fast-growing start-up of around 20 people, doubling in size each year, and one of Europe’s fastest-growing maintenance-tech companies. Our mission is to make industry smarter, cleaner and more efficient.

Ynteq is a maintenance platform (CMMS) built on three principles: easy to use, smart, and AI-powered. It removes manual work instead of adding to it.

What you will do
As our Regional Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, you’ll open the market, close deals yourself, and build the team that grows it. Your time will be split between selling and leading. You’ll report directly to our COO.

Sales

  • Open the UK & Irish market and build a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads through cold outreach

  • Run demos and sales consultations with maintenance and operations leaders

  • Own the full sales cycle and close new business (annual contract values of €2–15k)

  • Hand new customers over to the onboarding team, then cross-sell and upsell to existing clients

Leadership and team growth

  • Write the UK & Ireland sales playbook, turning early wins into a repeatable approach for the team

  • Hire, onboard and coach the regional sales team, and set their targets

  • Lead by example on outreach and closing, and help your team improve their pipeline and win rates

  • Share market insights with product and marketing to shape how we win in the UK & Ireland

  • Plan the region’s growth with the COO, from headcount to revenue goals

What you bring

  • Proven experience opening a new market in the UK and/or Ireland (must-have), with 5+ years in sales overall

  • At least 2 years as a sales team lead or manager, including hiring and coaching

  • A strong B2B sales track record in SaaS or a similar industry, including cold calling, full-cycle sales and closing

  • Enjoyment of both sides of the role: still closing your own deals while you build a team

  • Confidence in outreach, since 99% of our clients come from cold prospecting

  • Exposure to production or manufacturing, whether you’ve sold to, worked in, or grown up around the industry (nice to have)

  • Excellent communication skills in native-level English, written and spoken

  • Ambition and a team-player mindset: you take ownership and lift the people around you

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)

Why you will love working here

  • Build and lead the UK & Ireland sales team and drive the market

  • Competitive, performance-based earnings

  • Hybrid work from our Barcelona office (3 days in the office)

  • Phone allowance

  • Employee referral incentives of up to €3,000 for a successful referral

  • 23 vacation days to rest and recharge

  • Structured onboarding and mentorship

  • Social events: quarterly parties, team activities and dinners

  • Office perks: unlimited coffee and beer, and snacks
